Qualification: Bachelor's degree in business management, marketing, or related field.

Responsibilities:

• Highly effective communication, presentation, organization, coordination and business generation skills.
• Answer customers' questions.
• Follow the defined sales process to generate new leads and close deals.
• Work with senior team members to identify and manage risks.
• Attend & deliver sales presentations to customers.
• Understanding the requirements of the clients & positioning an appropriate solution.
• Update and Assist Senior Management to update Internal CRM Tools.

Requirements:

• Good English Communication skills, verbal and written.
• Explore & target new business leads & opportunities in the software/mobile/web development domain (US/UK/AUS markets)
• Research accounts, identify key players and generate interest
• Manage relationships with clients and ensure we have repeat business
• Understand customer needs and requirements
• Act as a bridge between Clients and the development team
• Be able to close new business deals by coordinating requirements; developing and negotiating contracts; integrating contract requirements with business operations.
• Keep a close track to identify and monitor competitors and research market conditions or changes in the industry that may affect sales.
• Follow up with potential leads - weekly, monthly and also sometimes quarterly.
