Roles Responsibilities:

• Work with various stakeholders to gather and document business requirements.
• Assist in identifying business challenges and opportunities for improvement.
• Conduct basic testing of solutions to validate business requirements.
• Coordinate between cross-functional teams to ensure smooth implementation of features or process changes.
• Create a basic Mock-up/Prototype to give development team an idea of the change
• Knowledge of e-commerce and accounting will be an advantage.
