CICD Pipelines Deep experience with Azure DevOps YAML pipelines Repos Artifacts and Release Gates

Automation Scope Proven delivery of Terraform based automation for both cloud Azure AWS GCP and noncloud on premises network SaaS hybrid environments

Scripting Proficiency in one or more of PowerShell Python

Version Control Git Azure Repos branching strategies pull request workflow and code quality gates

ITSM Integration Working knowledge of ServiceNow as an automation trigger or orchestration layer

ServiceNow Flow Designer REST API integrations and MID Server troubleshooting

CyberArk PAM or Azure Key Vault for enterprise secrets management

Kubernetes Helm and containerized deployment practices

Prior exposure to BFSI or other regulated industry delivery environments
