Roles and Responsibilities

• Architect and develop end-to-end technical solutions on an enterprise AI Platform to automate professional services workflows.
• Design agentic frameworks covering initiation, execution, state management, logging, error handling, and agent workforce coordination.
• Implement advanced retrieval systems using Azure AI Search, vector search, semantic search, and knowledge mining.
• Lead model evaluation frameworks and execute post-training optimization for custom LLMs and specialized AI agents.
• Build data pipelines and machine learning workloads using Azure Databricks.
• Integrate platform components seamlessly across Data Management, Governance, AI, Agents, and Application layers.
• Enforce strict data governance policies, compliance, and responsible AI practices across all platform developments.

Preferred Candidate Profile

• Experience: 8+ years in software development with 4+ years in dedicated AI/ML architecture roles. 3+ years of hands-on experience with Azure cloud services and enterprise-scale solution deployment.
• Technical Expertise: Proficient in Azure AI Foundry, Azure OpenAI Service, Azure AI Search, and Azure Databricks.
• Strong programming skills in Python, C#, JavaScript/TypeScript, or SQL.
• Good to have familiarity with Azure Machine Learning, Azure Cognitive Services, MLOps, CI/CD, and vector databases.
