Roles & Responsibilities

• Manage, monitor, and support Azure cloud infrastructure and services.


• Provision and maintain Azure resources including VMs, Storage Accounts, Networking, and Resource Groups.


• Configure and administer Azure Virtual Networks, NSGs, Load Balancers, VPN Gateways, and ExpressRoute connectivity.


• Implement and maintain identity and access management using Azure AD (Microsoft Entra ID) and RBAC.


• Monitor cloud environments using Azure Monitor, Log Analytics, and Application Insights.


• Troubleshoot performance, connectivity, availability, and security issues across Azure services.


• Implement backup, disaster recovery, and business continuity solutions using Azure Backup and Azure Site Recovery.


• Automate infrastructure deployment and configuration using Terraform, ARM Templates, PowerShell, and Azure CLI.


• Support CI/CD pipeline integrations with Azure DevOps and GitHub Actions.


• Ensure cloud security compliance through Defender for Cloud, security policies, and vulnerability remediation.


• Perform capacity planning, cost optimization, and resource utilization analysis.


• Collaborate with application, security, and infrastructure teams for cloud migration and modernization initiatives.


• Participate in incident, problem, change, and release management activities.


• Prepare operational documentation, SOPs, and cloud architecture diagrams.
