Job Description -

Lead end-to-end server migration projects (Rehost/Lift-and-Shift) to Azure
Perform discovery, assessment, and migration planning using Azure Migrate
Execute agent-based and agentless migrations for Windows workloads
Manage Azure Site Recovery (ASR) replication, failover, and cutover activities
Optimize VM sizing, storage, and networking in Azure
Troubleshoot migration issues and ensure minimal downtime
Implement best practices for security, high availability, and performance
Document migration processes, runbooks, and SOPs
Collaborate with application and infra teams
