Detailed Responsibilities

• Lead and manage technical teams, providing guidance and support throughout the implementation of Snowflake, Azure Data Factory (ADF), and Databricks projects.
• Architect, develop, and maintain scalable data pipelines using Snowflake, ADF, and Databricks to fulfill dynamic business requirements.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements, identify opportunities for advanced data analytics, and propose tailored solutions.
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize data pipelines to ensure data quality, reliability, and high performance.
• Integrate data solutions with existing systems and applications through cross-functional collaboration.
• Stay abreast of emerging trends, technologies, and best practices in data management and analytics, incorporating them into project delivery.
• Provide technical expertise, mentorship, and foster a culture of innovation within the team.
• Apply agile methodologies and effective project management practices to ensure timely and successful project execution.

Skill Requirements

Technical Skills:

• Proficiency in Snowflake, including data modeling, querying, and performance optimization.
• Extensive experience in Azure Data Factory (ADF) for data integration and orchestration.
• Hands-on knowledge of Databricks for data engineering, data processing, and machine learning.
• Ability to design, develop, and optimize complex ETL data pipelines.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities for data pipeline issues.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Relevant certifications in Snowflake, Azure Data Factory (ADF), and Databricks (preferred).
• Excellent communication skills, capable of engaging with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Demonstrated leadership skills with experience guiding technical teams.
• Familiarity with agile methodologies and project management best practices.
