Job description:

Required Skills & Experience

• Strong experience in C# and .NET Core
• Solid understanding of backend fundamentals:
• Database design and optimization (SQL, indexing, query tuning)
• RESTful API design principles
• Understanding of data flow between systems
• Experience building and maintaining APIs used by multiple consumers
• Good understanding of performance optimization in .NET Core:
• Async/await patterns
• Memory management basics
• Concurrency concepts
• Caching strategies
• Experience working with SQL databases
• Familiarity with Azure (or any major cloud platform such as AWS or GCP)
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
• Strong communication skills and ability to explain technical ideas clearly

Good to Have

• Experience with GraphQL
• Exposure to Node.js
• Experience with event-driven architecture or messaging systems
• Experience handling high data volume or high throughput APIs (eCommerce experience is a plus)
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps, etc.)
• Awareness of cloud security and best practices
