Azure Integration Lead

Area(s) of responsibility

Technical Skills Required Skills & Experience

• Strong expertise in Azure Integration Services, including: + Logic Apps (Consumption & Standard) + Azure API Management + Azure Functions + Service Bus, Event Grid, Event Hubs
• Solid understanding of REST, SOAP, JSON, XML, security patterns (OAuth, Managed Identity).
• Experience with integration patterns (sync, async, event-driven, batch).
• Exposure to DevOps practices for Azure (CI/CD, IaC).
• Experience in enterprise system integrations (ERP, CRM, legacy systems).
• Migration experience from BizTalk, MuleSoft, Tibco, or similar platforms is a strong plus.

Non-Technical Skills

• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work with customers, sales teams, and leadership.
• Leadership and mentoring mindset.
• Experience in pre-sales and customer-facing roles.
• Structured, solution-oriented thinking.

Nice to Have

• Azure certifications (AZ‑204, AZ‑305, or Integration-related certifications).
• Experience in fixed-bid projects and effort estimation.
• Exposure to AI-enabled integrations or Copilot scenarios.
• Prior experience contributing to practice building or COE initiatives.
