Azure Infrastructure devops

Qualifications /Skills / Experience:

• Proven experience as a Cloud DevOps Engineer or similar role.
• Strong expertise in Microsoft Azure services like App Services, Function Apps, Logic Apps, Endpoints, Container Registry, Docker, and other solutions.
• Proficiency with Azure DevOps for CI/CD.
• Hands-on experience with ARM templates, Terraform or Azure Bicep.
• In-depth knowledge of Git for source code management.
• Strong scripting skills (PowerShell, Bash, Python, etc.).
• Knowledge of security best practices and compliance standards. Tools Sonar Cloud, Cloud Defender, Azure Sentinel & OWASP etc.
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Azure certifications (e.g., Azure DevOps Engineer Expert) is a plus. 
• Multi- Cloud experience.
• Creating and managing application(npm) packages with versioning.
• Working in Agile teams.
• Integration testing.

Responsibilities:

• Design, implement, and maintain Azure DevOps pipelines for continuous integration and continuous deployment
• Develop and manage infrastructure as code using ARM/similar templates to automate and standardize deployment processes.
• Manage and optimize source code repositories using Git or Azure Repos, ensuring code quality and version control best practices.
• Create and manage build and release pipelines in Azure DevOps, including setting up triggers, orchestrating deployments, securing pipelines/approvals, and managing artifacts.
• Set up monitoring and logging solutions (e.g., Azure Monitor, Application Insights/Log Analytics) to ensure the reliability and performance of applications and infrastructure.
• Implement security best practices, perform vulnerability assessments, and ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
• Investigate and resolve infrastructure and deployment issues, providing timely support to development and operations teams.
• Providing inputs for Continuous Service Improvements.
