Azure Infrastructure Architect

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Design target-state Azure infrastructure architectures aligned with enterprise security, availability, and scalability requirements.
• Define Azure networking architectures including virtual networks, subnetting, routing, connectivity, and network segmentation.
• Develop reusable infrastructure-as-code patterns using Terraform and Azure Bicep.
• Establish Azure landing zone, resource organization, identity integration, and governance standards.
• Lead technical reviews, architecture decisions, migration planning, and implementation guidance for infrastructure engineering teams.

Skills Required:

• 10-20 years of experience in infrastructure architecture, cloud engineering, or enterprise systems design, including significant Microsoft Azure experience.
• Strong hands-on architecture experience with Microsoft Azure across enterprise infrastructure services.
• Advanced knowledge of Terraform or Azure Bicep for repeatable infrastructure provisioning.
• Expertise in Azure Virtual Networks and Azure networking architecture, including hybrid connectivity and segmentation.
• Experience designing highly available, secure, resilient, and scalable Azure platforms.

Good to Have:

• Experience with Azure Kubernetes Service, Docker, Azure DevOps, PowerShell, or Linux.

Education: B.Tech or M.Tech in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline.
