Azure GenAI Developer

Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Azure GenAI Developer with strong expertise in Python, Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG). The candidate should have hands-on experience developing and deploying production-grade AI applications using Microsoft Azure AI services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and deploy Generative AI and LLM-based applications.
• Build RAG pipelines using Azure AI Search, vector databases, and enterprise data sources.
• Develop REST APIs using Python frameworks such as FastAPI, Flask, or Django.
• Work with Azure OpenAI, Azure AI Foundry, and Azure Functions.
• Implement prompt engineering, LLM evaluation, and model optimization techniques.
• Integrate AI solutions with enterprise applications using REST APIs and Azure API Management.
• Implement MLOps/LLMOps practices, including deployment, monitoring, evaluation, and continuous improvement.
• Follow best practices for security, responsible AI, version control, and production readiness.

Mandatory Skills:

• Python programming
• Generative AI, LLMs, and prompt engineering
• RAG pipeline development
• Azure OpenAI and Azure AI Foundry
• Azure AI Search and vector databases
• FastAPI / Flask / Django and REST API development
• Azure Functions and Azure API Management
• Git, Docker, and SQL/NoSQL databases

Good to Have:

• LLM fine-tuning and model evaluation
• MLOps / LLMOps
• NLP and machine learning fundamentals
• Production monitoring using Azure monitoring tools
• Experience with enterprise-scale AI deployments
