Role Overview/Your Impact Any graduate with minimum of 5-10 years of experience including:

• Drive end-to-end automation and reliability of application delivery through robust CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps and GitHub Actions.
• Design and maintain scalable, secure, and resilient cloud infrastructure on Microsoft Azure leveraging Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools such as Terraform and ARM templates.
• Champion DevOps best practices by enabling continuous integration, automated testing, and seamless deployment across environments.
• Collaborate with development, QA, and infrastructure teams to accelerate delivery cycles and ensure smooth, high-quality software releases.
• Implement observability solutions—including monitoring, logging, and alerting—to enhance system performance and proactively address issues.
• Strengthen platform security and compliance by integrating automated scanning, secrets management, and policy enforcement within the CI/CD process.
• Support production environments by managing incident response, conducting root cause analysis, and driving continuous improvement.
• Foster a culture of collaboration, automation, and operational excellence across distributed teams.

What Does The Team Do The DevOps team drives automation, scalability, and reliability across the organization’s cloud platforms. We design and manage Azure-based infrastructure, build CI/CD pipelines for seamless software delivery, and enable secure, containerized deployments using Kubernetes and Docker. By integrating monitoring, logging, and DevSecOps practices, the team ensures high availability, strong security, and continuous improvement in collaboration with development, QA, and operations teams.

• Take ownership of end-to-end CI/CD pipeline design, automation, and maintenance to ensure reliable and repeatable deployments.
• Build and manage secure, scalable Azure infrastructure using Infrastructure as Code (Terraform or ARM templates).
• Collaborate closely with development, QA, and operations teams to accelerate release cycles and improve deployment quality.
• Proactively monitor system performance, identify bottlenecks, and implement solutions for optimization and resilience.
• Embed security best practices into every stage of development and delivery (DevSecOps mindset).
• Continuously explore new tools and technologies to improve automation, observability, and team efficiency. Demonstrate a problem-solving attitude and take initiative during incidents and production challenges.
• Contribute to a culture of continuous improvement, knowledge sharing, and operational excellence.
