Work location : Remote The DevOps / Security Engineer at Company is responsible for enabling secure, reliable, and compliant deployment of enterprise AI systems and platforms. This role requires strong experience in infrastructure, security controls, and operational monitoring within restricted or sovereign environments. The DevOps / Security Engineer ensures that AI solutions operate with high availability, controlled access, and production grade stability. The opportunity The DevOps / Security Engineer will play a critical role in supporting the operational backbone of AI-enabled systems. This role focuses on deployment automation, security enforcement, and production monitoring to ensure AI solutions meet enterprise and regulatory expectations. Through close collaboration with engineering, platform, and security stakeholders, the role directly contributes to the safe and stable operation of AI capabilities at scale. Your key responsibilities  Support secure deployment and operation of AI platforms and applications in enterprise environments  Design and maintain CI/CD pipelines to support controlled releases and upgrades  Manage infrastructure using Kubernetes and cloud tooling  Implement access control, secrets management, and role-based access models  Set up monitoring, logging, and alerting for production systems  Support operational stability, incident response, and post-release monitoring  Work closely with engineering and security teams to ensure compliance with enterprise security standards

Skills and attributes for success:  Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. Advanced degree preferred  Minimum of 4–6 years of experience in DevOps, platform operations, or security-focused engineering roles  Strong operational mindset with attention to reliability and risk management  Ability to work effectively across engineering, security, and infrastructure teams  Comfort operating in environments with formal controls and governance requirements

To qualify for the role you must have  Strong hands-on experience with Kubernetes  Experience building and operating CI/CD pipelines using GitHub or equivalent tooling RESTRICTED  Fluency with Azure Portal and Azure-based infrastructure services  Experience deploying and operating systems in on-premise or sovereign environments  Strong understanding of security controls, RBAC, secrets management, and access governance  Experience implementing monitoring, logging, and alerting for production systems  Familiarity with secure release and change management processes
