Role Description This is a full-time Azure DevOps Engineer role based in Bengaluru with a hybrid work arrangement, combining on-site collaboration with some flexibility to work from home. The Azure DevOps Engineer will design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines, ensuring reliable build, test, and deployment processes across multiple environments. The role involves managing and optimizing Azure infrastructure using Infrastructure as Code, monitoring system performance, and troubleshooting issues to maintain high availability and security. The engineer will collaborate closely with data, AI, and software engineering teams to automate workflows, standardize environments, and improve developer productivity. Day-to-day responsibilities include maintaining deployment tooling, updating configuration and platform documentation, and contributing to continuous improvement of DevOps practices and standards.
Qualifications
- 2-4 years of experience in Azure Cloud, DevOps, or Cloud Infrastructure roles.
- Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines and deployment automation.
- Build and manage cloud infrastructure using Infrastructure as Code (IaC).
- Collaborate with development and operations teams to streamline software delivery processes.
- Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize cloud environments to ensure reliability and performance.
- Manage production deployments, releases, and environment configurations.
- Handle support tickets, service requests, incidents, and change requests within agreed SLAs.
- Perform root cause analysis and implement corrective and preventive actions for recurring issues.
- Participate in production support and on-call activities when required.
- Implement security best practices and support compliance requirements.
- Create and maintain technical documentation, runbooks, and operational procedures.
- Work directly with customers to understand requirements, resolve issues, and provide technical guidance.
- Support cloud migration, modernization, and automation initiatives.
