Azure Devops Engineer

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Azure DevOps Developer with strong expertise in Azure Cloud, DevOps, Terraform, and Kubernetes. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining scalable cloud infrastructure, CI/CD pipelines, Infrastructure as Code (IaC), and containerized application deployments. The candidate should have hands-on experience in automating development and deployment processes while ensuring high availability, security, and performance of enterprise applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and manage CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps.
• Develop and maintain cloud infrastructure on Microsoft Azure.
• Automate infrastructure provisioning using Terraform and Infrastructure as Code (IaC) principles.
• Deploy, manage, and troubleshoot containerized applications on Kubernetes (AKS).
• Implement DevOps best practices for build, release, monitoring, and deployment automation.
• Collaborate with development, QA, security, and operations teams to streamline software delivery.
• Configure and maintain source control repositories, branching strategies, and release workflows.
• Monitor system health, performance, and security compliance across environments.
• Optimize cloud costs and infrastructure utilization.
• Troubleshoot production issues and implement preventive measures.

Required Skills

• 5-10 years of experience in DevOps and Cloud Engineering.
• Strong hands-on experience with Azure DevOps.
• Expertise in Microsoft Azure services including:
• Azure Virtual Machines
• Azure Storage
• Azure Networking
• Azure Monitor
• Azure App Services
• Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS)
• Strong experience with Terraform for Infrastructure as Code.
• Hands-on experience with Kubernetes and container orchestration.
• Experience with Docker containerization.
• Strong knowledge of CI/CD pipeline implementation and automation.
• Experience with Git-based source control systems.
• Proficiency in scripting using PowerShell, Bash, or Python.
• Knowledge of Linux and Windows server administration.
• Experience with monitoring and logging tools.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Azure Security and Governance.
• Knowledge of Helm Charts and Kubernetes security best practices.
• Experience with Ansible or configuration management tools.
• Exposure to multi-cloud environments (AWS/GCP).
• Experience with SonarQube, Nexus, Artifactory, or JFrog.
• Familiarity with Agile and Scrum methodologies.

Educational Qualification

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
