Azure DevOps and ALM

• Design, configure, and maintain Azure DevOps projects, repositories, boards, pipelines, and release processes.
• Implement source control and branching strategies for Dynamics 365 and Power Platform solutions.
• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines for automated solution deployment.
• Manage deployment of managed and unmanaged Dynamics 365 solutions across environments.
• Configure build and release pipelines using YAML and classic pipeline approaches where applicable.
• Automate the deployment of:
• Dataverse solutions
• Environment variables
• Connection references
• Power Automate flows
• Plugins and custom assemblies
• Web resources
• Azure Functions and integration components
• Implement pipeline approvals, release gates, service connections, and environment-specific configurations.
• Maintain deployment versioning, tagging, release notes, and audit history.
• Support rollback and recovery procedures for unsuccessful deployments.
• Improve deployment automation, repeatability, and delivery speed.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Relevant experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement, Dataverse, Power Platform, and Azure DevOps.
• Hands-on experience developing and deploying Dynamics 365 solutions.
• Strong experience with Dynamics 365 solution management and application lifecycle management.
• Practical experience creating and maintaining Azure DevOps CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience with Git repositories, branching strategies, pull requests, and code reviews.
• Knowledge of Azure services and cloud-based integration patterns.
• Experience with PowerShell, YAML, PAC CLI, or other deployment automation tools.
• Strong understanding of Dynamics 365 security roles, business units, teams, application users, and service principals.
• Experience troubleshooting deployment, integration, performance, and environment-related issues.
• Good understanding of Agile delivery and IT service management processes.
