Role: Lead a team of data engineers and deliver scalable data solutions on Azure.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor the data engineering team.
• Design and develop data pipelines using Azure Data Factory, Databricks, and Informatica.
• Build and optimize data models, ETL/ELT workflows, and Lakehouse/Delta Lake solutions.
• Develop automation and transformation logic using Python.
• Support reporting teams with Power BI datasets and models.
• Ensure data quality, performance, and adherence to governance and security standards.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and ensure timely project delivery.

Required Skills

• Strong handson experience with Azure Data Services, Databricks, SQL, and Python.
• Experience with Informatica ETL tools and Power BI data modeling.
• 2+ years leading teams or owning endtoend delivery.
• Strong communication, problemsolving, and stakeholdermanagement skills.
