Role: Azure Data Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain data pipelines using Azure data services.
• Build and optimize ETL/ELT processes for large-scale data integration.
• Develop solutions using Azure Data Factory (ADF), Azure Databricks, Azure Synapse Analytics, and Azure Data Lake.
• Implement data modeling, transformation, and performance optimization techniques.
• Collaborate with business and analytics teams to support reporting and data-driven initiatives.
• Ensure data quality, governance, security, and compliance standards are maintained.
• Troubleshoot and resolve data-related issues across the data platform.

Must-Have Skills:

• Strong experience with Azure Data Factory (ADF).
• Hands-on experience with Azure Databricks and PySpark.
• Experience with Azure Synapse Analytics and Azure Data Lake Storage (ADLS).
• Strong SQL and data warehousing concepts.
• Experience in ETL/ELT development and data integration.
• Knowledge of CI/CD and Azure DevOps.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with Power BI.
• Knowledge of Delta Lake and Medallion Architecture.
• Azure Data Engineer certification.
• Experience working in Agile environments.
