Responsibility of / Expectations from the Role

•Supervise and guide the Infra Ops Support team handling L1/L1.5 support tasks.
•Ensure adherence to monitoring, triaging, and escalation SOPs.
•Act as the escalation point for complex or critical issues.
•Track incident resolution times and team performance metrics.
•Collaborate with other IT teams to resolve issues efficiently and provide status updates.
•Identify and implement process improvements and training needs.
