Role Overview We are looking for an experienced

Azure Cloud / Windows Engineer responsible for designing, deploying, troubleshooting, and supporting

Microsoft Azure and Windows infrastructure environments. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in

Azure Infrastructure, Azure Networking, Windows Server, Active Directory, Azure Monitor, Backup/DR, and ITIL-based incident management .

Key Responsibilities

• Provide

L2 support for Azure public cloud and Windows/Wintel environments.

• Troubleshoot complex

Azure infrastructure, networking, VM, storage, identity, and connectivity issues .

• Perform

incident, problem, and change management following ITIL processes.

• Prepare

RCA for critical and priority incidents.

• Design and deploy Azure infrastructure solutions for project and customer environments.
• Automate repetitive operational activities using

PowerShell, Azure Automation, scripts, or workflows .

• Maintain operational procedures, technical documentation, SOPs, and knowledge articles.
• Manage technical escalations with internal teams and Microsoft support.
• Support Azure-to-on-premises integration and hybrid infrastructure environments.
• Collaborate with professional services, infrastructure, networking, and security teams.

• Strong RCA and problem-solving capabilities
• Good understanding of ITIL processes
