Azure Cloud Operations Engineer

Role & responsibilities

Manage and monitor Azure cloud resources.

• Implement and maintain Azure Active Directory (AD) services, IAM and RBAC policies.
• Perform backups, disaster recovery planning, and restoration processes.
• Monitor performance and optimize for cost and efficiency.
• Identify and resolve cloud infrastructure issues.
• Collaborate with development and DevOps teams.
• Implement security measures including NSGs, firewalls, and encryption.
• Stay updated with Azure enhancements.
• Capacity planning and scaling.
• Worked as Azure DevOps Infrastructure Engineer.
• Develop documentation.
• Implement CI/CD methodologies using Azure DevOps.
• Static code analysis and Fortify awareness.
• Terraform scripting and reusable modules.
• Docker containerization and image creation.

Preferred candidate profile

• 3+ years of experience.
• Proven Azure Cloud Engineer experience.
• Strong Azure services, networking, and security knowledge.
• Experience with Terraform, PowerShell, Python.
• Monitoring and logging tools experience.
• Cloud migration knowledge.
• Preferred Azure certifications (AZ-104, AZ-303, AZ-400).
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
