About this role
Role & responsibilities
Strong experience in Incident Management and Application Support.
Hands-on experience with monitoring and alerting tools (Grafana, Azure Monitor, etc.).
Experience with Microsoft Azure cloud services.
Proven experience supporting production environments.
Strong database knowledge with hands-on SQL (query writing, debugging, data analysis).
Knowledge on Python, PowerShell, automation/scripting.
Experience using Power BI for reporting and dashboards.
Working knowledge of DevOps practices and tools (CI/CD, monitoring, automation).
Candidate should be able prepare reports and able to present to the internal audience.
Candidate need to be flexible to support in PROD issue.
