Hiring: Azure PaaS L3 Engineer

We are looking for an experienced Azure PaaS L3 Engineer for a client requirement in Pune.

Role: L3 Support / Azure PaaS Engineer

Key Responsibilities

• Provide L3 production support for Azure PaaS services and infrastructure.
• Troubleshoot complex Azure application, networking, performance and availability issues.
• Manage and support Azure PaaS services including:
• Azure App Services
• Azure Functions
• Azure Logic Apps
• Azure API Management (APIM)
• Azure Storage Accounts
• Azure Key Vault
• Azure SQL Database
• Azure Monitor
• Application Insights
• Log Analytics
• Work on Azure networking components including:
• VNET Integration
• Private Endpoints / Private Link
• DNS Resolution
• Application Gateway
• Azure Front Door
• NSG
• Azure Firewall
• Perform incident troubleshooting, RCA and permanent resolution for production issues.
• Work with infrastructure teams on VMware or Hyper-V, Storage and Backup environments.
• Monitor application and infrastructure health, identify performance issues and implement improvements.
• Collaborate with application, security, networking and infrastructure teams for issue resolution.

Ideal Candidate

• 9–12 years of IT/infrastructure experience with strong hands-on Azure PaaS exposure.
• Strong experience in Azure networking and production troubleshooting.
• Experience with VMware or Hyper-V.
• Good understanding of Storage and Backup.
• Proven experience handling L3 / production support and RCA.
• Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills.
