Azure admin

Manage and administer Azure cloud infrastructure and services.

• Provision, configure, and maintain Azure Virtual Machines, Storage Accounts, Virtual Networks, and Load Balancers.
• Monitor Azure resources and troubleshoot performance, availability, and security issues.
• Implement and manage Azure Identity and Access Management (IAM) using Azure Active Directory.
• Configure and maintain backup, disaster recovery, and business continuity solutions.
• Automate operational tasks using PowerShell, Azure CLI, ARM Templates, or Terraform.
• Ensure cloud environments comply with organizational security and governance standards.
• Work closely with application, network, security, and DevOps teams.
• Perform capacity planning, cost optimization, and resource utilization analysis.
• Support cloud migration and infrastructure modernization initiatives.

Required Skills

• Strong experience with Microsoft Azure Administration.
• Hands-on experience with:
• Azure Virtual Machines
• Azure Storage
• Azure Virtual Network (VNet)
• Azure Load Balancer
• Azure App Services
• Azure Monitor
• Azure Backup & Recovery
• Experience with Azure Active Directory (AAD) and RBAC.
• Strong understanding of cloud networking concepts.
• Experience with PowerShell scripting and automation.
• Knowledge of Azure Security Center and cloud security best practices.
• Experience managing Windows and Linux servers in Azure.
• Familiarity with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform/ARM Templates).
