Ayushman Billing Executive

Role & responsibilities

• Handle Ayushman Bharat (PM-JAY) billing and claim-related processes.
• Prepare, verify, and submit patient bills and claims as per scheme guidelines.
• Ensure complete and accurate documentation for claim processing.
• Coordinate with clinical departments, TPA/insurance teams, and government authorities for claim-related requirements.
• Monitor claim status, approvals, queries, deductions, and rejections.
• Maintain accurate records and MIS related to Ayushman billing and claims.
• Ensure compliance with hospital policies and applicable scheme guidelines.

Preferred candidate profile

• Graduate in any relevant discipline; preference will be given to candidates with a background in Hospital Administration, Healthcare Management, or related fields.
• Good knowledge of hospital billing processes and claim documentation.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and computer applications.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
