Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Axiom Developer with strong hands-on experience in Axiom ControllerView (V10) and a good understanding of regulatory reporting and the BFSI domain. The candidate should have strong database and scripting skills and be capable of working independently as well as collaborating with development and business teams.

Required Skills

• Strong hands-on experience in Axiom ControllerView (V10)
• Strong knowledge of Axiom Taxonomy
• Proficiency in Oracle, MSSQL and PL/SQL
• Good understanding of regulatory requirements and reporting
• Strong understanding of databases and scripting languages
• Knowledge of Unix scripting
• Understanding of Agile and Sprint delivery
• Good communication and analytical skills
• Strong understanding of the BFSI domain

Roles & Responsibilities

• Develop, configure and maintain solutions using Axiom ControllerView.
• Work on Axiom objects including Data Sources, Data Models, Shorthands, Portfolios, Aggregations, Freeform Reports and Workflows.
• Coordinate with business teams to understand and implement regulatory reporting requirements.
• Develop and maintain regulatory reports and reporting solutions.
• Work with Oracle, MSSQL and PL/SQL for database-related development and support.
• Troubleshoot and resolve application and production issues.
• Work independently on development activities and contribute to project deliverables.
• Lead and guide a team of Axiom developers where required.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and sprint-based delivery.
• Contribute to enhancements and improvements in the Axiom framework.
• Support Axiom migration and integration activities where required.
• Ensure timely delivery of assigned development and enhancement tasks.

Good to Have

• Experience with FINREP, COREP or FINSTAT
• Knowledge of regulatory taxonomies such as APRA, MAS or EBA
• Axiom Certification
• Experience in Axiom migration projects
• Experience with schedulers such as Autosys
• Knowledge of Unix scripting

Qualification

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering or a related field.
• Relevant experience in Axiom development and BFSI/regulatory reporting.
