AXI - Test Engineer

SUMMARY Under limited supervision designs, develops and maintains test procedures, tester hardware and software for electronic circuit board production.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Include The Following.

Other duties may be assigned.

• Good knowledge of AXI Inspection process and Equipment
• Good knowledge of AXI basics, AXI programming, and its algorithm.
• Good knowledge of Hidden joint inspection and HIP defect detection.
• Basic knowledge of DFT, Testability study and AXI coverage report
• Knowledge of basic mechanical concepts like Jig fixtures, tooling, and dual stage fixtures
• Able to understand Digital communication like RS232, LAN/ethernet, CAN, SPI, USB etc.
• Able to understand MSA, SPC, Test FPY, PRT, Test logs, MES, Test database
• Able to understand product Test specification, process flow, product functionality and Test methodology,
• Good knowledge of Basic electronics concepts
• Good analytical skills and able to communicate in English.
• Good knowledge of Windows system, quick learning ability of Technical concepts
• Knowledge of BOM, AVL, product Drawings, Change management (ECN/PCN)
• Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and manufacturing standard
