AWS & Windows Admin

Role & responsibilities

• Install, configure, and maintain Windows Server operating systems (e.g., 2016, 2019, 2022).
• Manage Active Directory (AD), DNS, DHCP, Group Policy, and file/print services.
• Perform regular system updates, patching, and performance tuning.
• Manage user accounts, permissions, and access controls.
• Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues related to hardware, software, and networking.
• Implement and manage backup and disaster recovery solutions.
• Maintain system documentation, configuration records, and standard operating procedures.
• Ensure systems meet security and compliance requirements.
• Support virtualization technologies (e.g., Hyper-V, VMware).
• Collaborate with other IT teams to deploy and maintain applications and services.
• Associate should also have exposure to the AWS (any certification is added advantage)
• Provide technical support and resolve escalated issues from the helpdesk.
