Aws Support Engineer

Job Summary

We are looking for a AWS Production Support Engineer with strong experience in handling live production systems, incident management, and troubleshooting. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with Java, Spring Boot, APIs, and production environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide L2/L3 production support for Java-based applications
• Handle production incidents, bug fixes, and application issues
• Perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and implement fixes
• Monitor applications and systems using tools (Splunk, Kibana, etc.)
• Work on deployment support and release activities
• Collaborate with development teams for permanent fixes
• Ensure application stability, performance, and uptime

Required Skills

• Strong experience in AWS SUPPORT
• Hands-on experience in Spring Boot / Microservices
• Good knowledge of REST APIs
• Experience in production support / incident management
• Understanding of SQL / databases (Oracle, MySQL, etc.)
• Exposure to Unix/Linux commands
• Familiarity with log monitoring tools (Splunk / Kibana / Dynatrace)

Good to Have

• Experience with Angular or React
• Exposure to CI/CD tools (Jenkins, Git)
• Cloud exposure (AWS / Azure)
• ITIL or ticketing tools (ServiceNow, JIRA)Role & responsibilities
