Job Title: Python Developer - AWS Serverless

We are looking for an experienced Python Developer with strong hands-on experience in application development using Python, FastAPI, and AWS serverless technologies. The ideal candidate should have practical experience developing scalable backend applications, building REST APIs, and deploying serverless solutions using AWS Lambda and API Gateway.

The candidate should be comfortable designing, developing, testing, debugging, and maintaining production-ready applications with a focus on performance, security, scalability, and code quality.

• Design, develop, and maintain backend applications using Python.

• Build RESTful APIs and backend services using FastAPI.

• Develop and deploy serverless applications using AWS Lambda and Amazon API Gateway.

• Design and implement scalable, reliable, and secure cloud-based application architectures.

• Integrate APIs with databases, third-party services, and other application components.

• Implement authentication, authorization, input validation, exception handling, and API security.

• Work with AWS services such as Amazon S3, DynamoDB, CloudWatch, IAM, and other relevant services.

• Write clean, reusable, maintainable, and well-documented code.

• Perform unit testing, debugging, troubleshooting, and performance optimization.

• Collaborate with frontend developers, QA engineers, DevOps teams, and other stakeholders.

• Participate in code reviews, technical discussions, deployment activities, and production support.

• Follow software development best practices, version control, and CI/CD processes.

• Python: Strong programming skills and hands-on application development experience.

• FastAPI: Experience building REST APIs and backend services.

• AWS Lambda: Hands-on experience developing and deploying serverless functions.

• Amazon API Gateway: Experience creating, managing, and integrating API endpoints with Lambda.

• AWS Serverless Architecture: Understanding of serverless application design and deployment.

• REST APIs: Experience with API design, integration, testing, and troubleshooting.

• AWS Services: Familiarity with S3, DynamoDB, IAM, CloudWatch, and related services.

• Databases: Experience working with SQL or NoSQL databases.

• Testing: Experience writing unit tests and debugging application issues.

• Version Control: Working knowledge of Git.

• Application Development: Experience developing end-to-end backend applications rather than working exclusively on scripting or infrastructure support.

• Experience with AWS SAM, Serverless Framework, or AWS CDK.

• Knowledge of Docker and containerization.

• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and automated deployments.

• Familiarity with asynchronous programming, event-driven architecture, and message queues.

• Knowledge of application monitoring, logging, and cloud security best practices.

• Exposure to infrastructure as code and automated testing frameworks.

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in an Agile development environment.
