Roles and Responsibilities

• Monitor, support, and maintain AWS-based production environments.
• Investigate and resolve application and infrastructure issues.
• Work on incident management, problem management, and root cause analysis (RCA).
• Handle deployments, service requests, and environment support activities.
• Collaborate with development and cross-functional teams to ensure application stability.
• Perform log analysis, troubleshooting, and performance monitoring.
• Ensure high availability and reliability of production systems.
