The Opportunity
This is a strategic opportunity to lead critical AWS-MS shift operations at Quadra, serving as the pivotal coordinator for incident response, service reliability, and operational resilience. The AWS-MS Duty Manager guides real-time decision-making to guarantee seamless service continuity and high performance. The incumbent will enable efficient resource allocation and timely escalation, directly contributing to client satisfaction, risk mitigation, and value realization. Success in this role drives both operational excellence and sustained business impact across high-stakes, client-facing environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee shift supervision and operations to ensure adherence to service level agreements and business continuity
- Drive real-time troubleshooting and escalation processes for rapid incident resolution and minimal service disruption
- Lead resource and task allocation for optimal coverage, productivity, and utilization across shift teams
- Deliver accurate reporting and documentation to provide actionable insights and compliance with operational standards
- Optimize time and priority management within shifts to maximize responsiveness and service quality
- Coordinate crisis management activities, maintaining clear direction during service disruptions and high-pressure situations
- Facilitate team communication and workflow alignment for consistent performance and knowledge sharing
