AWS Devops Lead

Key Responsibilities:

• Key Responsibilities
• Lead AWS DevOps initiatives across build release deployment and operations for multiple environments
• Design implement and maintain CI CD pipelines to enable consistent automated and repeatable deployments
• Drive Infrastructure as Code practices to provision and manage AWS resources reliably and at scale
• Establish operational best practices for monitoring alerting incident response and post incident reviews
• Partner with development teams to improve deployment frequency reduce lead time and increase release quality
• Ensure security and compliance controls are embedded into pipelines and cloud operations DevSecOps mindset
• Troubleshoot production issues perform root cause analysis and implement preventive automation and fixes
• Mentor team members conduct reviews for pipeline IaC changes and promote standards and reusable templates
• Minimum Qualifications
• 5 9 years of overall experience with strong hands on focus in AWS DevOps and cloud operations
• Bachelor s or Master s degree BTECH BCA MCA MTECH or equivalent practical experience
• Proven experience building and managing CI CD pipelines for production grade applications
• Strong understanding of AWS services cloud networking basics IAM security fundamentals and deployment strategies
• Experience supporting production environments with monitoring incident handling and reliability improvements
• Preferred Qualifications
• Experience implementing advanced CI CD patterns such as blue green canary deployments and automated rollbacks
• Strong expertise with Infrastructure as Code and configuration management to standardize environments
• Experience with containerization and orchestration for cloud native deployments on AWS
• Ability to define DevOps KPIs deployment frequency MTTR change failure rate and drive measurable improvements
• Experience collaborating with security teams to integrate vulnerability scanning policy checks and secrets management into CI CD
• Prior experience leading mentoring DevOps engineers and driving cross team alignment on release and operational processes
