Your Work Profile

AWS DevOps & Cloud Engineering, you will lead the design, implementation, and optimization of AWS cloud infrastructure and DevOps solutions. You will drive DevOps maturity, automate CI/CD pipelines, architect scalable cloud-native solutions, and ensure operational excellence across deployment, monitoring, and infrastructure management. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, mentor technical professionals, and drive continuous improvement in alignment with business requirements and enterprise standards.

Key Skills Required

• 6-12 years of overall experience in DevOps, Cloud Engineering, or related technical leadership roles.
• Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience with AWS DevOps tools and AWS cloud services.
• Strong expertise in CI/CD pipelines, Git, and automation tools such as Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI/CD, AWS CodePipeline, CodeBuild, and CodeDeploy.
• Proven experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools such as Terraform, AWS CloudFormation, and Ansible.
• Strong understanding of Docker, Kubernetes, Amazon EKS, and Helm charts.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies, enterprise delivery models, and cross-functional collaboration.
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Languages

• Proficiency in scripting languages such as Bash and PowerShell.
• Working knowledge of YAML and JSON for configuration and automation.

Technologies

• AWS Cloud Services: Lambda, Step Functions, RDS, DynamoDB, API Gateway, S3, CloudFront, IAM.
• CI/CD & Automation: AWS CodePipeline, CodeBuild, CodeDeploy, Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI/CD.
• Infrastructure as Code: Terraform, AWS CloudFormation, Ansible, AWS Landing Zones.
• Containerization & Orchestration: Docker, Kubernetes, Amazon EKS, Helm.
• Monitoring & Observability: Amazon CloudWatch, Datadog, Dynatrace, Splunk, or similar tools.
• Cloud Security & Governance: AWS security best practices, IAM, and enterprise compliance standards.
• Software Delivery: SDLC, Agile/Scrum, branching strategies, release management, and continuous improvement.

Education

Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.

Preferred Qualifications

• AWS Certified DevOps Engineer Professional.
• AWS Certified Solutions Architect – Professional.
• AWS Certified SysOps Administrator – Associate.
• Exposure to cloud security and compliance frameworks such as CIS, NIST, and ISO.
• Experience managing large-scale cloud migration, modernization, or transformation initiatives.
• Proven experience mentoring DevOps engineers and driving automation, innovation, and operational excellence.
