Aws Devops Engineer

Skills Required:

• Cloud Technologies: Azure/AWS/ GCP
• Exposure in L3 support like Troubleshooting, monitoring, resolving the problem
• Strong hands-on experience in Docker, Kubernetes
• Worked on CI/CD pipelines in AWS/Azure/ GCP
• Worked on Customer Support via Voice, Chat etc.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Support on Designing, implementing, and maintaining Continuous Integration and Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) pipelines.
• Automate build, testing, and deployment processes using tools like Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or GitLab CI/CD.
• Ensure smooth and reliable software releases.
• Provision, configure, and manage cloud and on-premises infrastructure.
• Use Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools such as Terraform, CloudFormation, or Ansible.
• Build and manage Docker containers.
• Deploy and maintain Kubernetes / OpenShift clusters.
• Monitor production systems and applications for incidents and outages.
• Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve production issues within defined SLAs.
