Key Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain AWS cloud infrastructure and services.
• Automate deployment, monitoring, and operational tasks using DevOps tools and practices.
• Design and implement observability solutions using Grafana and OpenTelemetry.
• Monitor application performance, system health, and infrastructure reliability.
• Troubleshoot production incidents and perform root cause analysis.
• Build dashboards, alerts, and reports for proactive monitoring.
• Ensure system availability, scalability, and performance.
• Collaborate with development, operations, and support teams to improve platform reliability.
• Implement CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure-as-code best practices.

Required Skills

• Strong experience with AWS Cloud Services.
• Hands-on experience in DevOps tools and processes.
• Experience in Site Reliability Engineering (SRE).
• Expertise in Grafana for monitoring and dashboard creation.
• Experience with OpenTelemetry for distributed tracing and observability.
• Good understanding of Observability, Monitoring, Logging, and Alerting.
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, Infrastructure as Code, and automation tools.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
