Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled AWS Connect Senior Engineer with strong expertise in Amazon Connect and AWS cloud technologies. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, implementing, and supporting scalable cloud-based contact center solutions for enterprise customers. The role requires hands-on experience in Amazon Connect, serverless architectures, and AWS service integrations.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, deploy, and support end-to-end Amazon Connect solutions.
• Build and maintain contact flows, IVR solutions, routing strategies, queues, and agent experiences.
• Develop serverless integrations using AWS Lambda and API Gateway.
• Implement data integration solutions using DynamoDB and Amazon S3.
• Configure monitoring, logging, and operational dashboards using CloudWatch.
• Troubleshoot and resolve production issues, ensuring high availability and performance.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, QA teams, and developers to deliver robust solutions.
• Participate in code reviews, technical discussions, and solution design workshops.
• Create and maintain technical documentation and best practices.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and knowledge-sharing activities.

Required Skills

Amazon Connect (Primary Skill)

• Strong hands-on experience in Amazon Connect implementation and support.
• Expertise in Contact Flows, Queues, Routing Profiles, Prompts, and Agent Workspace.
• Experience integrating Amazon Connect with external applications and services.
• Strong troubleshooting and debugging skills.

AWS Services

• AWS Lambda

• Experience in serverless application development and cloud-native architectures.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with REST APIs and microservices architecture.

• Exposure to contact center transformation projects.
• Experience working in Agile development environments.
