AWS Connect - Senior Engineers

Desired Competencies (Technical/Behavioral Competency)

Must-Have

Technical

• 10 + years of Overall experience in AWS Cloud Technologies
• Proficient in Amazon Connect
• Experience in other AWS services like Lambda, DynamoDB, S3, API Gateway, and CloudWatch

Behavioral Skills:
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Good-to-Have

Preferred Qualifications:
- BTech in Computer or Electronics

- Experience with at least one programming language (e.g., Python, JavaScript) for Lambda function development

Responsibility of / Expectations from the Role 

Job Summary:
Act as the technical lead and subject matter expert (SME) for Amazon Connect implementations across design, development, testing, deployment, and production support

Key Responsibilities/Primary Skills:

• Design, development, testing, deployment of Amazon Connect projects.
