Job Title: AWS Cloud & DevOps Engineer – SaaS Multi-Tenancy

About the Role We are looking for a smart, creative, and passionate AWS Cloud & DevOps Engineer to help build and scale our multi-tenant SaaS platforms. This is an excellent opportunity to work on innovative products in EdTech, HRMS, and other SaaS solutions used by thousands of customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain AWS cloud infrastructure.
• Assist in building scalable multi-tenant SaaS architecture.
• Automate deployment, provisioning, and onboarding of new customers.
• Implement CI/CD pipelines and DevOps best practices.
• Optimize AWS infrastructure and reduce cloud costs.
• Manage EC2, RDS, S3, CloudFront, Route 53, and IAM services.
• Monitor system performance, security, backups, and disaster recovery.
• Configure Docker containers and deployment automation.
• Troubleshoot production issues and improve system reliability.
• Work closely with development teams to improve performance and scalability.

Required Skills

• 3–5 years of experience with AWS.
• Good knowledge of:
• AWS EC2, RDS, S3, CloudFront, Route 53
• IAM and Security Best Practices
• Docker and Linux Administration
• CI/CD pipelines
• Terraform or CloudFormation
• Git and GitHub
• Monitoring and Logging tools
• Database performance optimization

Preferred Skills

• Experience with SaaS applications and multi-tenancy concepts.
• Experience reducing AWS costs and improving infrastructure efficiency.
• Knowledge of Kubernetes, Microservices, and Serverless architecture.
• Experience with AI applications and API integrations is a plus.
