AWM - Post Close Operations Analyst

• Minimum 4+ years of relevant experience in the field of finance, accounting, and/or business management.
• Have a front-to-back understanding of the fund products (i.e., private markets, alternative investment funds and registered products) and the events associated with it by managing a complex portfolio and be an SME.
• Bachelors degree or equivalent qualification with an excellent academic record
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills and ability to work with professionals across various levels both internally and externally
• Aptitude for dealing with complex issues and communicating with various stakeholders.
• Self-motivated and proactive team player, who takes ownership and accountability of projects, has strong organizational skills as well as the ability to effectively manage competing priorities.
• An ability to work to tight deadlines, with activities and targets which may change at short notice
• A high level of accuracy with the ability to maintain this standard while under pressure from deadlines
• Risk Management focus

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Previous relevant Operations experience
• Accounting background, including booking journal entries, reconciliations, and interest calculations
• Able to grasp new concepts quickly and work in a team environment
• Knowledge and understanding of Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and adaptability to other software products
