AVP / VP - Quality

Role & responsibilities

• Lead quality execution for residential projects and ensure adherence to defined quality standards.
• Implement quality plans, inspection procedures, and construction quality controls.
• Monitor materials, workmanship, testing, and construction activities for compliance.
• Review drawings, specifications, method statements, and quality requirements.
• Identify quality issues and ensure timely corrective and preventive actions.
• Coordinate with Project, Design, Consultants, Contractors, and QA/QC teams.
• Ensure compliance with applicable codes, standards, and project specifications.
• Minimize defects, rework, and quality deviations through effective site controls.
• Lead and mentor the project quality team and monitor quality performance.
• Report key quality issues, progress, and performance to senior management.

Preferred candidates profile:

B.E./B.Tech. in Civil Engineering with 28+ years of relevant experience, preferably with leading real estate developers in large-scale residential/high-rise projects.
