About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and result-driven AVP / VP – Online Sales to lead and scale

our online business across marketplaces, quick commerce, D2C channels, and emerging digital

platforms. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in driving revenue growth,

managing key online accounts, building strategic partnerships, and leading high-performing

teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the overall online sales strategy to achieve revenue and profitability targets.
• Own the P&L for all online sales channels, including marketplaces, D2C, and quick commerce.
• Build and strengthen relationships with key marketplace partners such as Amazon, Flipkart, Blinkit, Instamart, Zepto, BigBasket, Nykaa, Myntra, and other relevant platforms.
• Drive business growth through assortment planning, pricing strategies, promotions, and marketing collaborations.
• Lead annual business planning, monthly forecasting, and sales reviews with key partners.
• Identify new business opportunities and expand the company's online presence across emerging channels.
• Optimize product visibility, conversion rates, and digital merchandising across platforms.
• Manage trade spends, promotional budgets, and ROI analysis.

Preferred Candidate Profile

• MBA from a reputed institute preferred.
• 10–15+ years of experience in online sales within FMCG, consumer goods, retail, or D2C

brands.

• Proven experience managing large marketplace and quick commerce accounts.
• Excellent negotiation and relationship management skills.
• Strong analytical mindset with experience using sales dashboards and business

reporting tools.
