- Secure high-value, multi-year funding commitments aligned with the Foundation’s education and scholarship initiatives.
2. Strategic Partnerships & Donor Management
- Build senior-level relationships with CXOs, CSR Heads, foundation leaders, and institutional donors.

- Collaborate with program, finance, and technology teams to ensure effective utilisation of funds and timely impact reporting.
- Establish robust donor MIS, CRM-based pipeline tracking, and standardised fundraising and reporting processes.
4. Leadership & Ecosystem Representation
- Represent the Foundation at CSR forums, philanthropic conferences, industry associations, and institutional donor engagements.
- Track emerging CSR priorities, government funding opportunities, and philanthropy trends to identify new revenue streams.
- Build and mentor a high-performing partnerships team as the function expands.
- Contribute to organisational strategy, revenue planning, and leadership-level decision-making.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 10+ years of experience in institutional fundraising, CSR partnerships, corporate partnerships, or B2B business development.
- Proven experience in securing high-value grants and institutional partnerships, preferably with an annual portfolio of 5 crore or more.
- Strong existing network across CSR leaders, corporate foundations, philanthropic institutions, and institutional donors in India.

- Working knowledge of CSR regulations, 80G, FCRA fundamentals, and grant compliance requirements.
- Excellent proposal writing, stakeholder management, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Experience engaging with CXOs, board-level stakeholders, and senior institutional decision-makers.
- Strong analytical skills and familiarity with CRM systems, donor MIS, and pipeline management.
- A self-driven, entrepreneurial mindset with a strong commitment to education access and social impact.
- Willingness to travel for donor meetings and institutional engagements.
