AVP - TPRM Outsourcing Committee Dashboard

Role & responsibilities

The incumbent will lead the functional design, standardization, and implementation of a global Third-Party Risk Management (TPRM) Outsourcing Governance Committee dashboard across regions. The role will work closely with business stakeholders to understand reporting needs, define relevant metrics, and deliver clear dashboards and management reporting aligned with internal risk procedures and applicable outsourcing requirements. The incumbent will ensure all the topics, metric definitions, and reporting MI are in strict adherence to internal Risk 417 procedures and EBA (European Banking Authority) guidelines regarding outsourcing and third-party risk management.

Responsibilities:

Project Planning & Governance

• Develop and design the project plan, scope, timelines for the rolling out the standard TPRM Outsourcing Governance Dashboard.
• Establish clear governance structures and reporting mechanisms for regional and global stakeholders.
• Track project progress, risks, dependencies, and mitigation actions through defined standards

Requirements Gathering & Design

• Partner with TPRM Local Outsourcing coordinators, IT, TPRM SSC, CIB TPRM central team teams to define business and functional requirements
• Identify key topics, metrics, KPIs and data visualization needs to support effective third-party outsourcing risk management 
• Ensure alignment of the Governance committee pack with CIB TPRM Policies, regulatory expectations (e.g. ECB Outsourcing guidelines etc.) and internal audit standards.
• Ensure data accuracy, confidentiality, and governance control throughout the project lifecycle.
• Support continuous improvement post-implementation to enhance insights and usability.

Implementation & Execution:

• Analyze and map data from multiple sources (R360, share portals, SSC Dashboards, etc.) to design a cohesive, integrated data model.
• Oversee development and integration of data from multiple sources (R360, Share portals, SSC Dashboard etc.)
• Coordinate user acceptance testing, data validation, and quality checks before rollout.
• Drive adoption across teams & territories to ensure seamless transition to BAU
• Ensure aligned project status/progress is shared amongst the project community.
• Identify risk & issues and propose a mitigation action plan.
• Raise alerts / escalate issues / review the roadmap if required.
• Monitor stakeholder feedback and adjust the dashboard or delivery approach where needed.
• Prepare and facilitate governance meetings, provide project reporting, and communicate decisions and actions.

Completion phase:

• Collect feedback from project participants and dashboard users.
• Identify good practices, successes, and opportunities for improvement.
• Update project management toolkit with lessons learnt.

Stakeholder Management

• Act as the single point of contact between TPRM LOCs, technology, and regional teams.
• Facilitate workshops, steering committees, and stakeholder updates.
• Manage expectations, communicate progress and resolve issues promptly.

Key Deliverables:

• Standard Outsourcing Governance Committee – Dashboard with standardized risk indicators and visualizations.
• Governance and communication plan with regular reporting cadence.
• Management reporting decks and clear summaries of project progress, key risks, decisions, and dashboard insights.

Technical & Behavioral Competencies

• Good knowledge of our environment (products, markets, practices, processes, systems, organization and people).
• Power BI Delivery - Oversee design, development, testing, and deployment of Power BI reports, dashboards, and data models.
• Data & Analytics Knowledge: Understanding of data warehouse concepts, ETL processes, and relational databases.
• Experience with data visualization best practices and storytelling.
• Ability to deliver the various phases (framing, study / design, execution, completion/closure) of large / complex projects.
• Regulatory Awareness: Knowledge of EBA Guidelines o outsourcing, GDPR, data privacy, and financial industry compliance requirements (e.g., BCBS 239, IFRS 9 for reporting)
• Ability to develop a culture of planning, be able to keep a direction to meet the deadlines in an autonomous manner.
• Ability to take decisions linked to the project when necessary and when it goes under PM mandate.
