AVP-Talent Acquisition

We are seeking an experienced AVP of Talent Acquisition to join a rapidly growing fintech organization. The role involves leading end-to-end recruitment for technology and leadership positions, working closely with senior stakeholders to support the company's growth.

Location: Mumbai

Work Mode: On-site

Experience (AVP – TA): 12+ Years (with 3+ years in a TA leadership role)

Key Requirements:

• Postgraduate degree in Human Resources or a related field
• 12–15 years of experience in technology hiring, with strong exposure to Fintech, Tech Product, or BFSI sectors
• Proven track record in leadership hiring and stakeholder management.
• Strong experience in technical hiring and vendor management.
• Expertise in strategic hiring, workforce planning, and process excellence.
