Capability Development – Research & Strategy Role

Role Overview

We are seeking candidates with strong research capabilities, a strong depth in technology, and a keen interest in emerging and next-generation advancements. The ideal profile combines analytical rigor with the ability to translate complex technological trends into meaningful business insights.

Candidates with a consulting background and experience engaging with CXO-level stakeholders will be preferred. Success in this role requires structured thinking, strong problem-solving abilities, and compelling storytelling skills. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities and minimal guidance will be a key success factor.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct in-depth research across technology domains, including AI, data, and cloud
• Synthesize external industry trends into clear, actionable business insights
• Support leadership as a strategic partner in a dynamic, high-impact environment
• Operate across business, talent, and organizational priorities with flexibility
• Develop structured narratives and presentations for senior stakeholders

Role Nature

This is a research- and strategy-driven role, not an L&D or training position. It functions as a dynamic partner to leadership (similar to a quasi–Chief of Staff role), with a fluid and evolving scope rather than a fixed mandate.

Candidate Profile

• 7+ years of relevant experience
• Background in research firms, consulting organizations, or technology companies
• Exposure to large-scale technology environments is a plus
• Strong depth in AI, data, and cloud ecosystems
• Excellent research, analytical, and synthesis skills
• Experience working with or presenting to senior leadership (CXO-level preferred)
