AVP / Project Head

* B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering from a recognized institution.

* 15 to 25 years of experience in construction/project management, with substantial experience in the real estate industry.

* Strong experience in managing large residential/high-rise real estate projects.

* Strong knowledge of construction methodology, project planning, contracts, cost control, quality and safety.

* Proven experience in handling contractors, consultants, vendors and multidisciplinary project teams.

* Strong leadership, decision-making and problem-solving capabilities.

* Good communication and stakeholder-management skills.

* Should be capable of independently managing a project and taking complete ownership of time, cost, quality and delivery.
