AVP P2P Global Process Owner

We are looking for an experienced P2P Global Process Owner / Head of Purchase to Pay to lead end-to-end P2P operations for a large global client. The role will own service delivery, process performance, transformation, governance and continuous improvement across a large-scale 200+ FTE environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end Purchase to Pay / Procure to Pay (P2P) operations.
• Own SLAs, KPIs, business outcomes, risk, controls and operational performance.
• Lead global process standardization, simplification and process excellence.
• Drive Finance Transformation, automation, GenAI and Agentic AI initiatives.
• Manage invoice processing, PO/Non-PO processing, matching and exceptions, vendor master, supplier governance and payments.
• Drive working-capital optimization, payment controls and touchless processing.
• Manage senior client stakeholders, governance forums and critical escalations.
• Lead transitions, BCP/DRP and operational-resilience initiatives.
• Own tower cost management and P&L.
• Drive continuous improvement through Lean/Six Sigma and digital solutions.
• Lead and develop senior operations teams including AVPs, Senior Managers and Managers.

Required Skills & Experience

• 18+ years of experience in Finance Operations / Shared Services.
• Strong experience as Global P2P GPO, Head of P2P, Purchase to Pay Leader or equivalent.
• Experience managing large-scale operations of 500+ FTEs directly and indirectly.
• Deep end-to-end P2P knowledge covering AP, invoice processing, PO/Non-PO, matching, exceptions, vendor master, payments and supplier governance.
• Experience in complex multi-country and multi-entity environments.
• Strong Finance Transformation and change-management experience.
• Exposure to ERP, automation, analytics, process mining, GenAI and Agentic AI solutions.
• Strong SLA/KPI, risk & control and P&L management experience.
• Excellent executive stakeholder management, client governance and communication skills.
• Six Sigma / Project Management certification is an added advantage.
