AVP Order To Cash O2C Global Process Owner

We are looking for an experienced Order to Cash leader to manage a large scale global O2C function. The role will have end to end responsibility for service delivery, process strategy, transformation, global standardization, customer governance and business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

Lead end to end Order to Cash operations with 500 or more FTEs

Manage AVPs Senior Managers and Managers across global delivery

Own SLA KPI process performance risk controls and tower PnL

Drive global O2C process standardization and transformation

Lead automation Agentic AI GenAI and digital transformation initiatives

Lead customer governance monthly reviews and quarterly SteerCo

Manage transitions operational excellence and continuous improvement

Drive improvement in DSO overdue debt billing accuracy dispute cycle time collections and cash application

Must Have Skills

18 years or more experience in Finance and Accounting operations

Strong experience as Global Process Owner O2C Head or similar leadership role

End to end Order to Cash expertise

Experience managing 500 or more FTEs

Global multi country and multi entity delivery experience

Strong knowledge of Credit and Risk Management Order Management Billing Collections Dispute Management Cash Application Customer Master Data KYC and Revenue Assurance

Finance transformation and global process standardization experience

Experience in automation AI GenAI or Agentic AI within Finance

Strong customer governance and senior stakeholder management experience

Tower PnL and strategic cost management exposure

Excellent communication and leadership skills
